Colombia Aponte's Guardian

A smooth and balanced cup with notes of cherry, vanilla, sugar cane and apple.

This coffee is one of the jewels guarded and produced by the Inga tribe, in the town El Tablon-Aponte in Nariño. For this lot, El Vergel was able to connect with family to be able to start working with some of the highest parts of Aponte`s coffee production and released Aponte`s Guardians with a washed process of 24 hours of fermentation, which is in honor of the relentless effort of the Inga`s tribe to preserve and take care of the earth making them "The Guardians" of their land.
