Cold Foam Recipes
- 2 oz cream
- 2 oz nonfat milk
- 2 tsp honey/syrup/chocolate sauce
- Froth for 60 seconds with an electric frother until dense and creamy but still fluid enough to pour.
You can also do the 3-2-1 method
- 3 Tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons nonfat milk
- 1 Tablespoon sweetener/syrup
- Froth for 60 seconds until thick and pourable.
How to make Cold Brew at home
Cold Brew Recipe
- Grind 96 grams of coffee coarsely on French Press setting.
- Add 600 grams of cold filtered water to the jar and pour in ground coffee.
- Stir 10 times to evenly saturate grounds. Loosely cap the container to allow gas to escape.
- Place the jar in the fridge and let it steep for 22 to 24 hours.
- Pour coffee mixture through a paper filter.
- To use, mix 2 parts coffee concentrate to 1 part water, and serve over ice.
