INTRODUCTION TO SPECIALTY COFFEE
Overview on the creation of specialty coffee, with a focus on the coffee flavor wheel and processing and roasting methods.

BREW SCHOOL
Introduction to using three different brew methods: French press, Hario V60, and Aeropress with samples of each method plus batch brew.

WORLD OF SPECIALTY COFFEE
Explore how geography influences flavor while sampling a range of different coffees in this hands-on class.

CUPPING
Formal cupping of four different coffees, with an explanation of the cupping process and grading sheets.

PERFECT AT HOME COFFEE
Overview of the best brewing methods for home, along with preferred equipment and techniques to maximize flavor.

AMAZING ICED COFFEE
Demonstration of three different methods for making iced coffee, along with explanation of basic brew science and samples of five different beverages (cold brew, iced Aeropress, iced V60, sparkling cold brew, and hot V60).
