Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters was founded in 1995 when Dave and Cindy Ledgard sensed a need for a local specialty coffee roaster in Boise. The company, named after their son, Dawson Taylor, was founded with a mission to create exceptional quality coffees in an artisanal manner.
Over 20 years later Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters has stayed true to this mission while forming an amazing connection with the community. We firmly believe coffee is much more than a drink and has a unique ability to bring the community together to do good.
Like a fine wine, coffee can provide an amazing flavor experience from fruits and berries to chocolates and beyond. It’s with this knowledge that we take great pride intentionally sourcing coffees and taking care to profile roast each and every batch. We continue to roast coffees hands on with European-style drum roasters, ensuring the farmer’s hard work shines on in each cup.
We invite you to explore coffee’s limitless potential with us, share it with others and most of all, enjoy the experience.
