We've taken our fan-favorite Misty Valley and combined it with a Brazil and Guatemala to create a nice base for espresso while bringing complexity in flavor with raspberry and caramel coming through. 

We recommend ~30+ sec espresso extractions and a 1:16 or 1:17 ratio on pour overs.
