This lot comes to us from Aurelio Villatoro, who was born into coffee and has since moved coffee forward for the region in a big way. His attention to detail and setting high standards for picking only the ripest cherries, refining processing methods, and growing more unique lots and varieties of coffees has put his family on the map.
