Did you know less than 10% of a standard coffee harvest is composed of peaberries?! This peaberry microlot from Grupo Terruño Nayarita is collected over the course of the harvest at the dry mill being carefully sorted, rested, and processed. 

You can expect a smooth and sweet cup from this roast, with chocolate, honey-like sweetness and subtle citric acidity coming through. Excellent on all filter methods, and even shines through on espresso.
