A first ever offering from Myanmar for Dawson Taylor! Shwe Yi Mon Estate lies in Say Ta Lone Village, Pyin Oo Lwin Township Mandalay Region. The arabica coffee trees at the farm are intercropped with silver oak and macadamia trees for shade. At Shwe Yi Mon Estate, you can see several experiments with different spacing between shade trees species, fertilization, 3 solar dryer domes and drip irrigation system. The estate focuses on natural processing and has strict protocols for harvesting only the ripest cherries. The experiments with growing and processing combined with the careful attention to detail shines through in every cup.
