The DT Espresso Primo has been one of my favorite espressos for years now. It has an excellent body and mouth-feel and extracts beautifully. It is very reminiscient of Espresso Vivace's northern Italian style roast. Definitely an espresso you want to try!

I love the Espresso Primo. I order and have it shipped to me as unfortunately, I don't have any retailers near me. It pulls a great shot with my small, home espresso machine. My biggest concern is the last couple times I've ordered, one of my 1lb bags came ground, extremely fine like powdered sugar. It was basically unusable. I reached out to support the second time, within the 15 day requirement. The individual that I corresponded with that
"Primo is meant to be ground as needed when pulling espresso shots.
We can continue to grind this for you but there is no guarantee it will be consistent." That second part.... that the grind cannot be guaranteed is troubling. Is there a quality assurance check to make sure it is an espresso grind? I really don't want to order and get a product that I am unable to use.
Other than that concern, I love the coffee and hope that I can get the product I order, shipped to me.
