This fan favorite has been in our Venture rotation for over 8 years! This coffee comes from the Aricha washing station, formerly known as the highly coveted Misty Valley washing station. The station is located at around 1,925 masl in the Yirgacheffe highlands of southern Ethiopia. Approximately 650 small holder farmers contribute their coffee to this station.

I love my order from Dawson Taylor. Every morning I take time out of my schedule to grind my beans, use my AeroPress, and bring this incredible liquid to school to start another day as a Principal! It's the best job EVER and the best drink ever. I have traveled across the country tasting coffee and I honestly believe the way Dawson Taylor roasts their beans is the best I've tasted. Absolutely delicious, opened bag 10 days off roast, poured 3/1 shots Mazzer Philos 200D burrs, strong strawberry and raspberry notes followed by rich chocolate and over the 5 days the bag was open, the fruits faded and the chocolate developed more. Would definitely buy again.
